There are a number of seemingly mundane and yet important decisions to be made:
- agree on time / place (and possibly how to share cost?)
- discuss, agree on a short song playlist
- identify audio equipment to be used
- choose who will videotape / edit the Team’s efforts
- agree on a way to share the agenda/videos to the Team
Recommended: form a sub-group of 3 Team members to make / delegate these decisions before each practice.
